This Privacy Policy applies to the HAMmade CW application (hereby referred to as "the App") for mobile devices that was created by Oguz AGCELI (hereby referred to as "the Developer") as a Free/Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Developer prioritizes your privacy. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All features operate entirely offline and locally on your device.
The App requests access to your device's microphone strictly for the purpose of the Live Radio Decoding feature. When you use this feature, the App processes the audio in real-time locally on your device to decode Morse code signals. No audio data is ever recorded, saved, or sent to any server. Once the audio is processed locally for decoding, it is immediately discarded.
The App does not use any third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
The Developer may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Developer will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
